What is the difference between affirmations and hypnotic scripts?

Affirmations are the positive statements, usually in a form of a single sentence. Hypnotic scripts are a collection of affirmations, stories and sometimes descriptions of a desired outcome.

Generally, the affirmations should be the opposite of your limiting beliefs or any kind of irrational cognitions. When designing affirmations always state them in positive, present or present perfect tense and in first person.
