Let’s talk about confidence. We all have heard before confidence is sexy. Why? Confident people are courageous. With courage you take risks, you go for what you want, you look into the face of any fear and move forward no matter what. People look up to that, because they want to have what they want. Courageous people have what they want. In this, workshop I will teach you the techniques to release anxiety and fears. We will end this session with self-hypnosis mediation for a confidence booster.

In this debut workshop on HypnoCloud, we will talk about self-hypnosis. You will learn three self-hypnosis techniques and how to design your own transformative affirmations. I will work with one of you for 20 minuets to show you how to reframe limiting beliefs into empowering new thoughts. I will end with Your New Chapter group meditation to help you see and feel your new upcoming desired life change and enhance your belief in its manifestation.
