“Your New Chapter”

A Comprehensive 4-week long workshop to level up and jumpstart a new life chapter.

Dates: June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd 2022

Time: 9am-12am

Who is it for?

This workshop is right for you if:

  • You are ready to look deep into limiting behavioral patterns and learn to heal them at the root cause

  • You want to level up and create a new life game

  • You are ready for drastic life changes

Ideally you are someone who wants to change life by

  • manifesting a new and healthy relationship

  • healing and overcoming a psychosomatic disease

  • changing/resolving an unhealthy dynamic in your personal relationship

  • excelling in sports and any kind of performance

  • resolving painful feelings of shame/guilt/unworthiness/low self-value

How it works

This is a small group workshop. It is limited to 20 people. We will meet every Wednesday for three weeks, from 9am to 12pm Pacific.

In a nutshell:

  • You will choose your topic and desired goal to achieve during the three week workshop

  • You will practice short exercises to challenge thinking and start creating new thought patterns

  • Every person will get a chance to workshop their outcome and mental block with Elena Mosaner

  • You will experience group hypnosis session on each day of the workshop

  • You will practice self-hypnosis between weekly sessions

  • You will design your own self-hypnosis audio session in your voice with a description of Your New Chapter

  • You will share and connect with others

Day 1

  1. Introduction to Self-Hypnosis. How it works, and how to program the mind with evidence based tools and techniques.

  2. Participants set a well formed outcome

  3. Participants identify their unique limiting mindset and patterns of thought

  4. Participants form 10 key affirmation statements

  5. Group hypnosis

    Homework: Write self-hypnosis audio script using a template.

Day 2 Past

  1. Introduction to Self-Inquiry to heal the past and draw wisdom

  2. Participant will outline key events of the past and work on detachment and wisdom extraction

  3. Group hypnosis into trance for integration

    Homework: Edit self-hypnosis audio script by adding the answers from the “inquiring your past” template.

Day 3 Future

  1. Introduction Fast Forward Hypnosis. Why visualization works based on science.

  2. Group Hypnosis to meet Your Future Self for guidance. Rehearsal of the New Chapter

  3. Participants write a short script of the future, using a template.

    Homework: Complete Your New Chapter script with future description. Record final script. Listen to the audio daily.

Day 4: Present

  1. Four-step mindfulness technique to become more present and manage emotional triggers.

  2. How to use self-inquiry for insight

  3. Group hypnosis for the integration of insight

    Homework: Listen to your New Chapter audio session.
