Join us for a 45-minute group meditation session led by Elena Mosaner. This unique meditation entails a 5-step hypnotherapeutic process to help you discover guidance and insight from within for a specific question or personal inquiry about something in your life. This meditation integrates a special guided hypnotic induction designed by Elena herself and 4 questions you will ask yourself throughout the session. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Deep Meditation: Immerse yourself in a profound state of relaxation and inner exploration through a carefully guided hypnotic induction.

  • Insightful Process: Prepare a pen and paper to jot down four key insights that you will uncover during the meditation with Elena’s guided inquiry method.

  • Transformative Imagery and Beliefs: The session concludes with the installation of special imagery and beliefs that you will discover throughout the process.

This unique method helps clarify your path, identify what's limiting you, and rewire your cognitive structure to uplift yourself into the next growth cycle.

About the Host:

Personal Growth Coach and Hypnotherapist Elena Mosaner, MS, PCC.

Elena Mosaner holds a Bachelor of Science in Film and Media, an MS in Executive Coaching, and is a certified hypnotherapist and ICF coach. She is also a Master NLP Practitioner with 20 years of experience in hypnotherapy and growth coaching. Elena has a keen interest in adult learning and development and explores how multi-perspective thinking can be applied for personal growth and development.

She is the founder of two hypnotherapy apps, HypnoCloud and AlphaMind, and is also a writer and filmmaker. Elena’s extensive background and dedication to personal development make her uniquely qualified to guide you through this powerful meditation experience.

A Special Introduction from Elena Mosaner

As some of you know, I have a few projects on my plate—my two apps, my docu-series, and a book. Balancing these projects along with clients and two kids can be overwhelming. My drive and ambition are high, but managing it all requires structure and focus to avoid wasting time on the wrong things.

Recently, I went into a deep meditation seeking clarity on my next steps. I set an intention to uncover what would make me more productive. As I relaxed deeply, I entered a serene state and began receiving insights. I tried something new—jotting down insights as they came, then returning to the meditative state. I asked specific questions about my projects, and clear visions emerged, showing me what to prioritize and what to put on hold.

By the end of this process, a final insight came: host a meditation to share this exact process. I documented the steps and questions, creating a 5-step process meditation. This session is designed to help you gain insights into your specific questions or life situations.
