These hypnosis audios can be listened in any sequence. Please read below about each audio session. Additionally, each audio can also be bought individually in our hypnosis audio store. We highly recommend getting the package, as it is a a great savings options and also a great combination of audios for the purposes of stress & anxiety relief.

All sessions are recommended to listen 2-3 times a week. You may focus on one session per week or mix them up during the week. It is best to listen to one hypnosis audio per day.

This is a unique hypnosis audio session, designed on the principle of Erickonian hypnotherapy. Milton Erickson ( 1901-1980), was an American psychiatrist, specializing in medical hypnosis and family therapy. Erickson is know for a non-directive ( non authoritarian) approach in hypnosis therapy. He believed that humans possessed all the necessary resources within their unconscious mind to heal and cure. He used deep trances to help his clients activate this inner search for healing and transformation. There is often very little use of direct suggestions or affirmations, like in most traditional hypnosis therapy.

Some research have shown that cognitive factors could be one of the cause and effect components of anxiety or phobic responses. As you know, cognitive means thoughts. For example self-deprecating negative thoughts often result in low self esteem thinking and feeling like an imposture, fraud, unworthy and undeserving of something good.

Hypnotherapy tools with the use of ego-strengthening methods could be very helpful in elevating irrational cognitions. We don’t always need to know where they originate from ether. Positive self-esteem and ego-strengthening suggestions can help alleviate general anxiety  by changing any underlying assumptions and any inner destructive dialogue into a more positive and loving, nurturing inner dialogue.

Hypnosis Audio 4: Vipassana Meditation - 12 minutes

This meditation is based on the old Vipassana technique, a method of deep awareness of your physical body. As you mediate you are guided to become aware of your body from the top of your head to your feet and then back from the feet to your head through your whole body. You may practice this meditation from 10 minutes up to an hour.

This audio session is a great way to learn Vipassana meditation for tress reduction and inner balance. As you grasp the concept, you can extend it for a longer time period.

Vipassana meditation will help you establish an ongoing sense of equilibrium, or as the teacher of Vipassana S.N. Goenka would call it, “the perfect equanimity of the mind”.
