Hypnosis Audios as device to reprogram behaviors

hypnosis audio sessions to build new habits and change behavior

Habits and behaviors are hard to break, sometimes. We are accustomed to many, even when they don’t serve us. Some people have morning rituals, others fall into familiar habits. It can be hard to change the things we do without thinking, but HypnoCloud is a thinking mind’s best friend.

We are constantly influenced and programmed by our surrounding culture, most of the time we are not even aware of it. We soak up images from television and media; advice from parents, teachers, and friends; encounter peer pressure. We are even being influenced while we play games. This is like hypnosis. All these things shape our thoughts from the outside. The subconscious mind is in charge of 95% of your brain’s processing power. You can program new habits by working with conscious habit changes as well as hypnosis to reinforce your new habit or behavior. Hypnosis therapy and deliberate self-talk can help you find and reframe old and limiting ways of thinking and behaving, inherited or developed throughout life. HypnoCloud platform teaches you self-hypnosis and offers various hypnosis audio session to assist specific change in behavior.

HypnoCloud hypnosis audio sessions are designed by hypnotherapist Elena Mosaner. What makes Mosaner sessions different is that she taps into the power of self-talk. She asks her listeners to repeat key affirmations within themselves so they build a new inner narrative. Internal dialogue, or personal commentary, frames our reactions to life and its circumstances. Powerful and positive self-talk can change your entire mindset, which can affect your actions. From a neuroscience perspective, self-talk may be considered an internal remodeling. Self-talk is something you do naturally throughout your waking hours.

In the paper “Self-Talk as a Regulatory Mechanism: How You Do It Matters,” we learn it’s not just what you say to yourself, it’s also the language you use which gives power to a mind’s restructure.

Hypnosis has been used in the treatment of insomnia, smoking, and overeating. Some scripts focus on a single point or way to change a specific habit, like nail-biting, bed-wetting, picking at skin, or hair pulling. Others are more general. Habits typically form to manage stress, to overcome anxiety. This sometimes causes people to self-medicate, or form other addictive or repeat behavior such as habitual smoking, excessive drinking, overeating, and drug abuse.

“Positive self-instruction has beneficial effects on self-esteem and on feelings of inadequacy,” according to “The Effects of Positive Self-Instruction: A Controlled Trial,” a Cognitive Therapy and Research paper by Alfred Lange, Rene Richard, Aagje Gest, Marjan De Vries and Litanja Lodder. The participants in the study were psychology students with low self-esteem. Those in the experimental group “wrote a positive essay about themselves that they turned into positive statements. They then read these statements aloud to themselves twice daily over a period of three weeks.” The control group was given “neutral writing assignments and no assigned reading.” The experimental group participants exhibited greater improvements “in measures of Social Inadequacy, General Inadequacy, Self-Esteem, and Self-Confidence. … " Unexpectedly, men were found to improve from self-instruction more than women.”

Hypnotherapy isn’t as widely known as psychotherapy, but self-talk and talk therapy have similar goals. The Hypnosis Audios from HypnoCloud are effective and convenient devices to reprogram behaviors. And it’s never too late. “An update on age, hypnotic suggestibility, and gender: a brief report,” published in the National Center for Biotechnology Information found studies which indicate people over 40 may be especially susceptible to the positive effects of hypnosis.
